Welcome to the smallest Chamber in Hendricks County
Welcome to the smallest Chamber in Hendricks County, where small doesn’t mean limited: it means personal – connective. At the Greater Danville Chamber of Commerce, we facilitate meaningful conversations between businesses through networking events like Pour After Four, Members and Mugs, ribbon cuttings, and more. It’s a culture of support; our members, ranging from those in the advertising and media industry to sports and recreation, work together to support you.
We also host community events to promote our member businesses and the goods and services they provide. Our outreach includes: an annual golf outing, summer Farmer’s Markets, Fourth of July fireworks, and Evenings in Ellis, a free concert series in Ellis Park. One of our most impactful events is the Community Awards banquet, where we celebrate the contributions of unsung heroes in the Greater Danville area. Some favorite awards are Business Leader of the Year, Chamber Member of the Year, Educator of the Year, and Public Servant of the year. But we don’t just show the values of our members once a year. The DCOC is constantly advocating for member businesses on both the local and state level. We act as a voice for our members by actively collaborating with the Town of Danville, Danville Parks and Recreation, and other mission-aligned organizations.
Small, but dedicated, we keep our mission at the heart of all that we do: to be the authority on connecting, promoting, and advocating for local business members to provide a thriving, collaborative community for residents and visitors
